Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Actuary to join its Actuarial Modeling team.
Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain financial models for cost savings analysis and ROI reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations on cost-saving strategies
Identify and implement innovative approaches for continuous improvement in cost-saving initiatives

Required Qualifications

Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or cost containment
Familiarity with prior authorization and utilization management processes
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
