Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients
and manage client relationships
Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including
financial reporting and internal controls
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, guiding their
development and performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA
license preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero,
Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
