Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative
to work remotely in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and resolve calls from patients, insurance companies, and
other departments
Coordinate the resolution of unpaid accounts and process
payments
Document collection activities and create payment arrangements with
patients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of healthcare customer experience
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business
hours
Equipment pickup required if residing within 2 hours of
Minneapolis, MN, otherwise equipment will be shipped
