The Foundation We Provide: • Competitive Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) with match, PTO • Stable Growth Environment: Join a respected contractor with long-term opportunity • Varied Exposure: Work across construction, development, hospitality, and property management • Collaborative Team: Partner closely with accounting, HR, and operations leadership • Location: Bellflower, CA (onsite) Your Role in the Build: • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities • Ensure compliance with California labor laws, prevailing wage, and certified payroll • Maintain employee records including time tracking, benefits, and payroll adjustments • Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll liabilities • Assist with monthly financial statements, journal entries, and GL reconciliations • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial reporting • Track revenues, costs, and intercompany transactions across multiple entities • Support POS-to-GL reconciliations and cash controls • Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation requests What You Bring to the Build (Financial): • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3–5 years of accounting and/or payroll experience • Experience with construction payroll (prevailing wage / certified payroll) preferred • Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll fundamentals • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) • Experience with Sage 300 CRE, QuickBooks, and Yardi Breeze • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Apply today and be part of building something that lasts.
