YES, CHEF! - We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing
Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and
execution of strategic product marketing initiatives that drive
awareness, demand, and adoption of our products. Leveraging your
expertise in product marketing, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to define product requirements, positioning,
go-to-market strategies, and ensure the successful launch and
lifecycle management of our products
Location - Remote or if in LA/OC, at HexQuarters 3 days a week
Time Zone Expectations - PST/EST

Reporting to - Director of Product Marketing
TASTE SUCCESS -As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll
collaborate closely with the Director of Product Marketing to
spearhead strategic initiatives, craft compelling campaigns, and
propel our premium cookware brand to new heights.
- Product Strategy: In collaboration with product development and
senior management, support defining and developing a product
roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives the success
of our product portfolios, including product mix, product
requirements, positioning, pricing, messaging, and competitive
differentiation.
- Go-to-Market Planning + Execution: Lead the development and
execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and
product updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
ensure successful execution across all stages of the product
lifecycle.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to
understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscape, using insights to inform product strategy and identify
growth opportunities.
- Packaging and Selling Materials : Oversee the development and
creation of product packaging and instructional guides in addition
to guiding the development of product content for PDP, email and
social. Support growth marketing, sales and customer service teams
by providing all necessary product information and materials,
inclusive of product samples, presentation decks and other assets
required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including product development, growth
marketing, and operations, to align product marketing initiatives
with overall business goals and priorities.
- Campaign Development: In collaboration with growth marketing
develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand for new
and existing products, leveraging a mix of channels, including
digital, social media, email, events, and PR.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators
(KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product marketing
initiatives, tracking performance and ROI, and providing regular
reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management,
or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or e-commerce
industry.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including
market analysis, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market
strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing
product marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and
revenue growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools, with
the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven
decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field. MBA preferred.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in
the culinary industry a plus.
