Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Enrollment Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a team of 10-15 part-time nurses, overseeing
QA/QI, supervision, and scheduling
Conduct clinical intake visits with prospective patients,
documenting histories and educating them about treatment
Implement quality initiatives and provide ongoing feedback to
enhance patient care and team performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with diabetes patients in
a clinical setting
3+ years of experience managing nurses in an ambulatory or clinical
diabetes setting
Active RN license in a Nursing Licensure Compact state with at
least one year of clinical experience
Associate or Bachelor's RN Nursing degree from an accredited
institution
Interest in working with a growth stage, tech-enabled healthcare
organization
