Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to
manage complex implementation and operational projects while
serving as a strategic partner to health plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data integration projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables,
and stakeholder communication are met
Oversee the establishment of technical integrations and maintain
detailed project plans for client launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs
and document new processes for seamless execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5-7+ years of relevant experience in health plans, project
management, and/or implementation roles
Proven experience in data integration, reporting, and process
management
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite,
Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, Confluence)
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across multiple levels
and departments
