Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee staff
and ensure quality care for individuals served.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises staff to promote the physical, social, and psychological
well-being of individuals served
Ensures compliance with safety, health care procedures, and
documentation standards
Participates in recruitment, staff training, and conducts
performance reviews
Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience required
Previous experience with individuals with acquired brain injuries
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or
Social Science, or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local
regulations
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
