Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to oversee
affiliate marketing strategies and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with
client goals
Manage daily operations of multiple affiliate programs and
communicate performance results to clients
Lead recruitment, activation, and relationship management with
affiliates to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house,
agency, network)
Experience with Affiliate Networks such as ASale, Impact, Rakuten,
and Commission Junction
Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff
Strong strategic mindset with a focus on execution and client
service
Experience in budget forecasting and KPI setting for affiliate
programs
