Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specifications Operations Manager to
lead the Specifications Program and drive strategic
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain systems and processes ensuring compliance
with industry standards and company policies
Lead initiatives for process improvements and monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage the Specifications Manager and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or
Construction Management preferred, or 5-10 years of relevant
experience
7+ years of related experience, including management of others and
writing specifications
Preferred Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) certification
(CDT, CCCA, CCS, CCPR)
Demonstrated expertise in operations management and strategic
planning
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
