Development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery and evaluation of engaging learning programs
tailored to diverse learners
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development
strategy aligned with organizational goals
Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development
team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 7-10 years in
Knowledge Management/learning roles
3+ years of managerial experience
Strong organizational change and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions effectively
Experience with various software applications such as Captivate and
Microsoft Office Suite
