A company is looking for a Manager - Business Model & Customer
Insight.
Key Responsibilities
Develop packaging strategies and business models for connected
services to align with customer expectations
Create comprehensive business cases and financial models to support
new service launches and assess revenue impact
Conduct customer insights research to refine packaging strategies
and develop customer segmentation frameworks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data
Science, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of experience in business modeling, pricing
strategy, or customer insights roles
Proven experience in financial modeling, business case creation,
and ROI analysis
Experience in conducting market research and developing actionable
insights
Ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations
for product strategy
