Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Localization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the roadmap for machine translation and
localization, balancing automation and human processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class
multilingual experiences and manage a team of translation product
managers
Establish frameworks for testing translation quality and ensure
compliance with localization standards
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years
in localization or machine translation
Strong understanding of NLP, AI-driven translation models, and
localization workflows
Experience with high-quality machine translation tools such as
DeepL, Lilt, or Smartling
Proven ability to scale localization efforts in both B2C and B2B
environments
Deep knowledge of cultural sensitivities and internationalization
best practices
