Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Assistant Director in the
Office of Financial Assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of financial aid professionals
Train staff and manage problem resolution
Oversee fund reconciliation and ensure compliance with funding
disbursement regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
At least three years of experience in a similar role, with two
years in management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment
Experience with federal, state, and private loan activities is
preferred
