Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Actuarial (Clinical
Program & Client Support).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of actuaries and analysts to produce cost-saving
analyses and communicate value to customers
Serve as the primary actuarial liaison for key clients, delivering
business reviews and supporting customer strategies
Translate complex actuarial methodologies into clear narratives for
both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation required;
Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) is a plus
8+ years of experience in a health actuarial role within payer,
provider, or consulting settings
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, Actuarial
Science, or Economics required
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with Python or R
is a plus
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring
team members
