Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager to develop
and manage a designated territory focused on prescriber education
and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop key specialty practices and business
relationships within the regional territory
Achieve designated call expectations and collaborate with sales to
improve prescriber experience and meet sales goals
Document patient profiles and manage prescriber communication
preferences to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical
school; Bachelor's degree desired
2+ years of healthcare or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with specialty providers, clinic, and hospital
communities is desirable
Understanding of drug reimbursement and Managed Care Medical
Specialty benefits
Proficient in data entry and computer skills, with the ability to
learn the department's software system
