Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Front Line Controls
Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and strengthen the bank's control environment, including
risk identification and mitigation
Lead and execute Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes
across Front Line Units
Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on control
effectiveness and risk management practices
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degrees preferred; High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management or internal
audit within banking or financial services
Experience in Operational Risk Management and Internal Controls
Design
Understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory
requirements
Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards preferred
