Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth
SaaS or technology organizations
Proven success in scaling HR operations in organizations with over
500 employees
Expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR
operations
Experience in post-merger integration and change management
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making
capabilities
