Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and
mentor a team of product designers in creating user-centered
designs for travel and core app experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, ensuring
collaboration with cross-functional partners
Manage designers' priorities and career growth, supporting their
workflows and development
Champion user-centered design practices and use data and research
to inform product decisions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Product Design experience with a focus on mobile
applications
2+ years of leadership experience managing product designers
Strong portfolio showcasing critical thinking, data-informed
decisions, and measurable business impact
Experience in B2C products with high-engagement touchpoints
Strong foundation in building and maintaining design systems
