Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Operational
Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction of the operations organization,
optimizing processes for quality, speed, and cost
Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing operational excellence
team to drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to
drive operational change
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in an operational excellence function, with
at least 5 years in a leadership role
5+ years managing an operations PMO responsible for large
programs
Experience in designing and scaling complex operational
processes
Deep fluency with data and analytics for decision-making
Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar operations
tools is a plus
