Measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and track upper and lower funnel KPIs to measure marketing
effectiveness
Develop and recommend strategies to improve the efficiency and
performance of marketing campaigns and channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing tactics
with broader company goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or
related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis or
business strategy
Proven track record of working with upper and lower funnel KPIs in
a marketing context
Strong experience with data analytics and proficiency in SQL
Experience in the financial services industry
