Description Providence is calling for applications for our Aug 2025 RN Progressive/Stepdown Fellowship at Providence Little Company of Mary - Torrance. An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptor's and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
