Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Formulary Design and
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the creation of formulary design best practices and
management strategies
Oversees the operational management of the formulary management
team and monitors the drug development pipeline
Creates and reports on key performance indicators related to
formulary management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA preferred
Minimum of five years of managed care experience, including two
years in formulary management
Experience leading a P&T or Value Assessment Committee
required
Previous management experience is required
Experience with multiple lines of business or state-mandated
formularies preferred
