Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Population Health
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Champion measurement of Population Health Performance Deals,
including deal structure and KPI construction
Design and maintain complex models for population health dynamics
and performance measurement
Act as a liaison between the Medical Economics team and
stakeholders to communicate findings in the Population Health
space
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years' experience in analytics/informatics teams with
proficiency in analytics languages and platforms
Strong technical, analytical, and financial experience in
healthcare claims and data systems
Advanced understanding of Risk Adjustment modeling and
methodologies
Knowledge of healthcare operations, including medical management
and provider networks
