Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary and preventive
healthcare services to women of diverse ages and backgrounds in a
busy clinic setting. Conduct thorough assessments, including health
histories, physical examinations, and screenings. Develop,
implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans aligned with
best practices and patient needs. Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated
patient care. Educate patients on health management, reproductive
health, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed
medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Ensure adherence to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance
standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
in Women's Health, Urgent Care, or related settings. Board
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active, unrestricted
California NP license. Bilingual in Spanish required; ability to
conduct full patient assessments independently. Current
certification in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration. Excellent
communication skills, compassionate patient care approach, and
strong clinical judgment. Workload & Conditions: Manage
approximately 20-24 patients daily with efficiency and
professionalism. Enjoy a consistent schedule without night or
weekend on-call requirements. Maintain a positive work environment

Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $80.00 to $85.00, commensurate
with experience. Paid time off and stipend for continuing medical
