Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and fulfill requests from VIP clients, ensuring personalized
service
Maintain knowledge of services and develop relationships with
premium vendors
Resolve client concerns professionally and contribute to service
improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in high-touch customer service, preferably
in luxury hospitality
Proven experience managing high-profile or VIP clients
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related
field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer
programs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
