Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Lease Administration Director
- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations
for staff
Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and
manage deadlines
Prepare and adhere to the regional platform budget and assist in
client negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of education and experience
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is
preferred
Strong leadership skills to manage and achieve targets across
departments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
