Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee IT
audit, risk, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of IT Audit & Compliance professionals
Direct all work streams related to IT SOX compliance, including
planning and issue management
Develop and maintain IT standards and procedures to ensure
adherence to SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of technical IT audit and/or advisory experience
Significant experience leading IT SOX audit engagements
Strong understanding of IT general controls and business process
controls related to financial reporting
CISA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification; CPA
preferred
Knowledge of industry-standard IT frameworks and regulations (e.g.,
COSO, NIST CSF)
