Job Description:
A company is looking for a DevRel Engineer - Stake Pool Operator
(SPO) for the Midnight Network.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with block producers, SPOs,
developers, and ecosystem participants
Design, build, and maintain tools and resources to support SPOs and
testnet validators
Develop technical documentation and content to educate the
community
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Site Reliability,
Infrastructure Engineering, or Technical Community roles
Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust or
JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with blockchain protocols
Understanding of blockchain ecosystems, staking mechanisms, and
decentralized governance
Experience in community building and engaging technical
communities
A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to manage
multiple initiatives
