A company is looking for a Senior IT Delivery & Planning
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a roadmap for projects and operations using
agile planning
Coordinate requests and facilitate roadmap presentations with
stakeholders
Lead agile practices like sprints and retrospectives to ensure
project progress
Required Qualifications
6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in
Infrastructure & Operations
Strong leadership experience with mentoring teams and leading
cross-functional projects
Proven ability to balance project and operational work in a
technology-focused team
Proficiency in agile methodologies and hands-on project
management
Experience in regulated environments, ideally supporting healthcare
or government contracts
