Key Responsibilities
Provide a superior call experience by engaging with callers and
resolving their inquiries from start to finish
Build rapport with diverse callers to assess situations and present
effective solutions
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to
enhance service quality and career progression
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education
preferred
Experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance
preferred
Ability to navigate complex customer interactions from support
through to resolution
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and
Spanish required
Private, secure, distraction-free remote workspace with reliable
internet connection required
