Job Description:
A company is looking for a CEO/C-suite Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the
company's platform and tools
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching
abilities and skills
Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between
sessions
Required Qualifications
20+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals
Passionate about helping people advance in their careers
Self-aware with a high emotional IQ
Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup
environment
Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24
months
