Job Description:
A company is looking for an ISD Tech Lead to oversee technical
activities and workloads while ensuring effective service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technical aspects of the ISD team, including
troubleshooting and system modifications
Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service
delivery
Manage and facilitate meetings with team members and
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's
degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role
Certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is
preferred
Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and
security policies
Familiarity with the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and
configuration management tools
