Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Intake Senior Associate to
manage new customer account information.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and ensure the accuracy of customer account information
Communicate and work with customers to update their account
information as necessary
Collaborate with the customer success team
Required Qualifications
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
2+ years of professional experience in a customer service/support
role
College degree
Experience in a call center environment, preferably for a financial
institution
Familiarity with Zendesk
