Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Trust and Safety Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale content moderation processes aligned with company
policies
Support the development and implementation of trust & safety
policies and manage legal workflows
Conduct risk assessments and advocate for safety by design
principles in product development
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety at a tech company,
preferably in social media
Strategic perspective with strong prioritization skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building systems in
ambiguous environments
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Deep understanding of legal workflows related to law enforcement,
IP, and data privacy
