A company is looking for a Compensation Systems and Domain
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Own the discovery and validation of customer compensation data
Collect and configure compensation data during data integrations to
enhance customer value
Drive exceptional job matching and compensation data interpretation
while collaborating with the engineering team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least two years of experience in a Compensation role
Strong understanding of compensation systems, data elements, and
databases
Experience with job architecture and compensation data integration
from systems like Workday and SuccessFactors
Proven track record in customer action, with preference for
Compensation Consulting experience
Expertise in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Sheets)
