Job Description:
A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Computing Associate to
provide Tier 2 IT System and Service Desk support for the
Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor system performance, IT operations, and storage
utilization
Develop, document, and communicate cloud processes and best
practices
Identify, track, and resolve system issues while maintaining
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a government agency
clearance
1+ years of Linux system administration experience, preferably with
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Experience in AWS Gov Cloud
Working knowledge of AWS applications such as CloudWatch,
CloudFormation, and Lambda
