Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for
initiating the sales process and managing customer
interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer
calls
Update systems to document customer interactions and handle issues
diplomatically
Generate qualified leads for sales staff and escalate issues to
management when necessary
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly
desired
Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from
leadership
Embraces change and is flexible to the needs of the business and
team
