Job Description:
A company is looking for a UKG Time & Attendance Representative
responsible for daily time reporting and reconciliation in the
healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
Inputting or updating time records and processing historical time
adjustments
Supporting HR Leadership on system configuration alignment with pay
policy
Tracking issues and requests in the HR Customer Relations
Management (CRM) system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
2-3 years of benefit administration experience, specifically with
leaves of absence
2-3 years of experience in human resources or a desire to grow
within the field
Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance application
preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll principles and Fair Labor Standards Act
(FLSA) compliance
