Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant/Loan
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and
completeness
Manage disclosures and communicate with borrowers regarding their
loan files
Assist in coordinating appraisals, gathering conditions, and
managing loan pipelines
Required Qualifications
3+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in a support or
processing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a
plus
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Positive and solution-focused attitude
