required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct
impact on sales. Management Consulting professionals design and
implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy,
technology and people to enable process improvements that create
value for clients. People in our Public Service group serve an
array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and
educational industries. The Public Service Manager is experienced
delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design,
transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome
improvements. The manager will also design and implement business
changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital
operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people
and process. Ability to travel 75-100%. For now, all Accenture
business travel, international and domestic, is currently
restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Please

Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience
- A minimum of 5 years of public service experience
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading workstreams and
meeting deadlines
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with c-level client
executives
- A minimum of 5 years of large-scale delivery experience with
minimal help
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of
factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific
office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As
required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of
compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado,
New York or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $93,400 to $223,300
New York $86,500 to $258,500
