A company is looking for a Construction Defect Claims Supervisor
to lead a liability claims team and ensure high-quality service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to manage various
caseloads effectively
Promote best practices in claims handling and drive talent through
hiring and training
Utilize technology to enhance team efficiency and manage workloads
to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims
are handled
Claims background in Construction Defect
Prior leadership experience of at least 5 years
