Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Analyst I IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services and
respond to complex issues
Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and
continuously monitor systems for optimal performance
Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and resolve
technical challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of
2 years in a similar role
Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
A continuous learner that stays updated with industry knowledge and
technology
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified
Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus
