A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain systems
supporting mobility and total rewards programs
Maintain system documentation, including user guides, manuals, and
reports
Coordinate with internal/external HR experts to define requirements
and execute project/data change deliverables
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the technology or finance sector, with a focus on
HRIS or People Systems
Ability to manage relationships with HR stakeholders
Proven skills in stakeholder management
