Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative - Remote in CST.
Key Responsibilities
Review and research healthcare claim calls from providers,
verifying necessary data for processing
Document required information and communicate with providers to
resolve issues effectively
Meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy,
quality, and attendance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Working knowledge of computers and Windows PCs
Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST, with
occasional overtime flexibility
