Key Responsibilities
Connect program pilots to potential funders and implement
fundraising strategies
Enhance CEO fundraising efforts and improve existing fundraising
support
Manage donor relationships and coach VPs in fundraising
techniques
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience raising money for political
organizations
Strong track record in managing and motivating teams
Proven ability to build and evaluate new fundraising
initiatives
Experience in developing relationships with high-value donors
Ability to work effectively in a remote management setting
