Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support
(Cloud / Technical).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Customer Support team to meet or exceed customer support
OKRs
Mentor Customer Support Managers and hold regular meetings to
triage customer issues
Address support issues from customers to resolution via phone and
remote desktop support
Required Qualifications
College diploma or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
or equivalent work experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
5-7 years of software support experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows, IIS, SQL Server, and Microsoft
Azure
